ABOUT ME
Hello and welcome! I consider it a privilege that you took the time to allow me the opportunity to introduce myself to you, with the possibility of joining you on your healing journey. My own journey of healing is what propelled me to work with others over the past 15 years. I am deeply grateful to those who have supported me in reconnected with my sense of wholeness during the pivotal moments in my life. Now, my purpose is to carry that gratitude into the work I do with my clients.
I have worked with individuals and families across a wide range of clinical settings. My experience includes working in inpatient hospitalization programs, partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs, therapeutic school environments serving children and adolescents ages 10–17, and outpatient clinical settings.
I specialize in helping individuals heal attachment wounds, resolve complex and generational trauma, and work to gently unburden parts shaped by past experiences. I’m here to help you break patterns that no longer serve you—whether habitual, addictive, or survival-based—and support you in building healthier relationships with yourself and others.
My approach is rooted in the mind-body connection and trauma-informed care, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Clinical Art Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Polyvagal-Informed Practices—always moving at a pace that feels right for you.

My goal is to work alongside you, not to solve your problems, but to create a safe space where answers can emerge through therapeutic collaboration. My hope is to help you support yourself in aligning with your true self to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. One that provides you the foundation for change to continue to thrive on your own.
